Study on the Impact of Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Combined with Predictive Nursing on Elderly Patients with Hypertensive
Objective:To explore the application of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)combined with predictive nursing in elderly patients with hypertension.Method:A total of 120 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Nanchang First Hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected by cluster sampling method, and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group.Predictive nursing intervention was used in the control group, and CGA combined with predictive nursing was used in the study group.Blood pressure control, medication compliance and hypertension-related adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the blood pressure and coefficient of blood pressure variation in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of falls in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in the incidence of other adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The intervention mode of CGA combined with predictive nursing can improve the medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension, strengthen blood pressure control, and reduce the occurrence of falls.
