The Aesthetic Effect and Safety of Alfentannil Compound Propofol in Elderly Patients with Painless Gastroscopy Examination
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Alfentanil combined with Propofol in painless gastroscopy examination in elderly patients.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroscopy examination at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University,from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The anaesthesia of Alfentanil combined with Propofol was implemented in the study group,and the anaesthesia of Fentanyl combined with Propofol was implemented in the control group.The anaesthetic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the study group only at the time of entry to the duodenum(T3)was compared with that at the time before drug administration(T1),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while the MAP and heart rate(HR)of the control group at the time of entry to the pharynx(T2),T3,and the end of the examination(T4)were compared with those at the time of T1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the MAP and HR of the study group at T2 and T3 were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of Propofol pumping time and operation time between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the total dosage of Propofol in the study group was more than that in the control group,and the awakening time in the study group was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group(7.50%)than that in the control group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Afentanil and Propofol can keep the vital signs stable,reduce the adverse reactions of patients,and improve the safety of patients,but because of the need for additional Propofol,the recovery time of patients is prolonged.
