Comparison of the Application Effect of Different Jet Ventilation Modes in Airway Interventional Therapy
Objective:To compare and analyze the application effect of different jet ventilation modes in airway interventional therapy.Method:A total of 50 patients underwent airway intervention therapy admitted to Fuzhou First General Hospital were selected as the subjects, and the inclusion time was from July 2019 to July 2023.The patients were divided into the reference group and the study group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The reference group was given high frequency jet ventilation during the operation, and the study group was given high frequency superimposed jet ventilation during the operation. The hemodynamics at different time points[before operation(T0),after 5 min of jet ventilation(T1),after 20 min of jet ventilation(T2)and the end of operation(T3)],blood gas indexes, perioperative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:At T0,T1,T2 and T3 time point, there were no significant differences in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with T0 time point, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were decreased at T1 and T2 time point, and the mean arterial pressure of the two groups and the heart rate of the reference group were decreased at T3 time point, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with T1 time point, the percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation and partial pressure of end-tidal carbon dioxide in the two groups were increased at T2 time point, but the percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the partial pressure of end-tidal carbon dioxide was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time and anesthesia recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with high frequency jet ventilation, the application of high frequency superposition jet ventilation in airway interventional therapy has better feasibility, and can better improve ventilation and reduce the occurrence of related adverse events.
