摘要
目的:探讨来曲唑联合促性腺激素对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者子宫内膜厚度、黄体生成素(LH)、排卵情况及妊娠情况的影响.方法:选择 2022 年 1-12 月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的 200 例PCOS不孕患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各 100 例.对照组单用促性腺激素治疗,观察组则采取来曲唑联合促性腺激素治疗.比较两组子宫内膜厚度、LH、排卵情况及妊娠情况.结果:治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度均高于治疗前,LH均低于治疗前,且观察组子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,LH低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组卵泡生长时间短于对照组,排卵数、优势卵泡数均多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访 1 年,观察组妊娠率高于对照组,多胎妊娠率及流产率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:来曲唑联合促性腺激素治疗PCOS不孕可提高患者子宫内膜厚度,降低LH水平,促进排卵及提高妊娠率.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Letrozole combined with gonadotropin on endometrial thickness,luteinizing hormone(LH),ovulation and pregnancy in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 200 PCOS infertility patients admitted to the Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Third People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gonadotropin alone,while the observation group was treated with Letrozole combined with gonadotropin.Endometrial thickness,LH,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,endometrial thickness in both groups were higher than those before treatment,LH were lower than those before treatment,and endometrial thickness in observation group was higher than that in control group,LH was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The follicle growth time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of ovulation and dominant follicles were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the multiple pregnancy rate and abortion rate were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Letrozole combined with gonadotropin in the treatment of PCOS infertility can increase endometrial thickness,decrease LH level,promote ovulation and increase pregnancy rate.
