摘要
脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)是脑血管病一种相关且常见的并发症,严重降低患者的生活质量,影响患者康复,成为大众关注的社会健康问题.本文通过查阅国内外文献综述了PSD的国内外现状,相关病因及中西医疗法,以期提高医护人员对PSD的认识,更好解决相关问题.
Abstract
Post-stroke depression(PSD)is a related and common complication of cerebrovascular disease,which seriously reduces patients'quality of life and affects patients'rehabilitation,and has become a social health problem concerned by the public.This article reviews the status quo of PSD at home and abroad,related etiology and treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,in order to improve the understanding of medical staff on PSD and better solve the related problems.
