Application of Mivacurium Chloride Combined with Remifentanil of Total Intravenous Anesthesia in Cryotherapy under Bronchoscope
Objective:To observe and investigate the effect of Mivacurium Chloride combined with Remifentanil of total intravenous anesthesia in cryotherapy under bronchoscope of patients with tracheobronchial tuberculosis(TBTB).Method:A total of 80 patients with TBTB who underwent cryotherapy under bronchoscope in the Fifth People's Hospital of Ganzhou from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=40,received Remifentanil+Propofol of total intravenous anesthesia)and observation group(n=40,received Mivacurium Chloride combined with Remifentanil+Propofol of total intravenous anesthesia)according to random number table method.The hemodynamics,postoperative recovery quality,cognitive function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)between the two groups before anesthesia(T0)(P>0.05).MAP and HR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 10 min after anesthesia(T1),30 min after anesthesia(T2)and at the end of operation(T3),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the time of open the eyes when calling,the time of full wakefulness and the time of full recovery of spontaneous breathing in the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of mini-mental state examination(MMSE)in observation group were higher than those in control group at 6,12 and 24 h after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mivacurium Chloride combined with Remifentanil of total intravenous anesthesia in patients with TBTB during cryotherapy under bronchoscope has definite effect,which can stabilize perioperative hemodynamics,has little influence on cognitive function,and has good postoperative recovery quality and high safety.
