Application Effect of Ulinastatin in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis and Influence on the Expression of Serum Apoptosis Indexes
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis and influence on the expression of serum apoptosis indexes.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis in Xiangcheng People's Hospital of Suzhou City from November 2020 to February 2023 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and each group included 40 cases.The control group was treated with routine treatment for acute pancreatitis,the observation group was treated with Ulinastatin on the basis of routine treatment.Then the total effective rates,symptom and sign integral,biochemical indexes(amylase and lipase)and serum apoptosis indexes[cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-3(Caspase-3),soluble factor-related apoptosis(sFas)and soluble factor-related apoptosis ligand(sFasL)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of acute pancreatitis of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the symptom and sign integral,biochemical indexes and serum apoptosis indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the symptom and sign integral,biochemical indexes and serum apoptosis indexes of two groups at the first and second week after the treatment were significantly lower than the scores and levels before the treatment,and the scores,biochemical and serum apoptosis indexes of observation group were all significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis is better,and it can significantly improve the expression of serum apoptosis indexes of patients.
