Effect of Batroxobin Combined with Methylprednisolone on Hemorheology and Hearing in Patients with Sudden Deafness
Objective:To explore the effects of Batroxobin combined with Methylprednisolone on hemorheology and hearing in patients with sudden deafness(SD).Method:A total of 110 SD patients in Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone,while the experimental group was treated with Batroxobin combined with Methylprednisolone.The hemorheology[plasma viscosity(PV),high shear blood viscosity(HBV),and hematocrit(HCT)],coagulation function[fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)],hearing,treatment efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,PV,HBV,HCT and FIB in the both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,APTT and PT in the both groups were longer than those before treatment,those in experimental group were longer than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,high-frequency and low-frequency hearing thresholds in the both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Batroxobin and Methylprednisolone can improve the hemorheology and coagulation function of SD patients,promote hearing recovery,and have good safety.
