巴曲酶联合甲泼尼龙对突发性耳聋患者血液流变学及听力的影响

目的:探讨巴曲酶联合甲泼尼龙对突发性耳聋(sudden deafness,SD)患者血液流变学及听力的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 3 月—2023 年 9 月苏州市第九人民医院SD患者 110 例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组 55 例.对照组给予甲泼尼龙治疗,试验组给予巴曲酶联合甲泼尼龙治疗.比较两组血液流变学[血浆黏度(plasma viscosity,PV)、全血高切黏度(high shear blood viscosity,HBV)、红细胞压积(hematocrit,HCT)]、凝血功能[纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)]、听力、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,两组PV、HBV、HCT、FIB均低于治疗前,试验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组APTT、PT均长于治疗前,试验组均长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组高频、低频听力阈值均低于治疗前,试验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:巴曲酶联合甲泼尼龙可改善SD患者血液流变学、凝血功能,有利于听力恢复,且安全性好.
Effect of Batroxobin Combined with Methylprednisolone on Hemorheology and Hearing in Patients with Sudden Deafness
Objective:To explore the effects of Batroxobin combined with Methylprednisolone on hemorheology and hearing in patients with sudden deafness(SD).Method:A total of 110 SD patients in Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone,while the experimental group was treated with Batroxobin combined with Methylprednisolone.The hemorheology[plasma viscosity(PV),high shear blood viscosity(HBV),and hematocrit(HCT)],coagulation function[fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)],hearing,treatment efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,PV,HBV,HCT and FIB in the both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,APTT and PT in the both groups were longer than those before treatment,those in experimental group were longer than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,high-frequency and low-frequency hearing thresholds in the both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Batroxobin and Methylprednisolone can improve the hemorheology and coagulation function of SD patients,promote hearing recovery,and have good safety.
