Effect of Shuxuening Injection on Inflammatory Factors,Oxidative Stress and Endothelial Function in Patients after PCI
Objective:To explore the effects of Shuxuening Injection on inflammatory factors, oxidative stress and endothelial function in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:A total of 200 patients undergoing PCI in Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment;observation group was supplemented with Shuxuening Injection on the basis of control group. The inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP)and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],oxidative stress[lipid peroxide(LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],endothelial function[brachial artery flow-mediated dilation(FMD),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)]in two groups were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,LPO,MDA and ET-1 levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,SOD,NO and brachial artery FMD levels were higher than those before treatment, and LPO,MDA and ET-1 levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,SOD,NO and brachial artery FMD levels in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Shuxuening Injection can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress after PCI,and regulate endothelial function.
