The Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Precocious Puberty in Little Girls
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of precocious puberty in little girls.Method:A total of eighty little girls with premature thelarche who underwent physical examinations in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into group A and group B based on the diagnostic results.A total of 43 children diagnosed with incomplete precocious puberty were selected as group A and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 21 cases in the observation group A and 22 cases in the control group A.A total of 37 children diagnosed with idiopathic central precocious puberty were selected as group B and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 18 cases in the observation group B and 19 cases in the control group B.Control group A and control group B were treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pills,observation group A and observation group B with the addition of Dabuyin Pills on the basis of Zhibai Dihuang Pills treatment.The clinical efficacy,sizes of breast,uterine,and ovarian,bone age index,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group A was higher than that of control group A,and the total effective rate of observation group B was higher than that of control group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the diameter of the mammary nucleus in all four groups after treatment were decreased,and the uterine and ovarian volumes were decreased,those in observation group A were better than those in control group A,and those in observation group B were better than those in control group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone age index of observation group A and observation group B were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in control group A and control group B compared with those before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,that in observation group A was lower than that in the control group A,and that in the observation group B was lower than that in the control group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions between control group A and observation group A,and between control group B and observation group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Zhibai Dihuang Pills,the combination of Dabuyin Pills and Zhibai Dihuang Pills has a better effect on the treatment of incomplete precocious puberty and idiopathic central precocious puberty in little girls.It can significantly improve the physical signs of children,inhibit precocious symptoms,delaying bone maturation,and has high application value.
