Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combined treatment of Estazolam and Dexzopiclone on patients with sleep disorders after stroke.Method:A total of one hundred patients with sleep disorders after stroke admitted to the Neurology Department of Wuhan Ninth Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected,and they were randomly divided into a control group of 50 cases and a study group of 50 cases.The control group was treated with Estazolam Tablets,and the study group was treated with Estazolam Tablets and Dexzopiclone Tablets.The sleep quality and neurological function of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared,and the therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian stroke scale(MESSS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(74.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(18.00%)compared to the control group(12.00%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Dexzopiclone and Estazolam in the treatment of sleep disorders after stroke can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,improve their neurological function,enhance their treatment efficacy,and is safe and feasible.
