Prognostic Value of PCT,NLR and N/LPR in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis Concurrent Acute Kidney Injury
Objective:To analyze the predictive value of procalcitonin(PCT),neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),neutrophil/lymphocyte and platelet ratio(N/LPR)of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)concurrent acute kidney injury(AKI).Method:A total of 130 SAP patients treated in Ji'an Central People's Hospital from February 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into AKI group(n=28)and non-AKI group(n=102)according to whether they had concurrent AKI.At admission to hospital, the clinical data and laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared, the influencing factors of SAP patients with concurrent AKI were analyzed by logistic regression, and the predictive value of laboratory-related indicators on SAP concurrent AKI was analyzed by receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve.Result:The levels of C reactive protein(CRP),PCT,NLR,N/LPR and lactic acid in AKI group were higher than those in non-AKI group, while the albumin level was lower than that in non-AKI group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that increased PCT,NLR and N/LPR were the risk factors for AKI in SAP patients(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the AUC values of PCT,NLR and N/LPR were 0.794,0.747 and 0.897,respectively.Conclusion:PCT,NLR and N/LPR are the influential factors for AKI in SAP patients, and the early prediction value are high, which provide a basis for early prevention and timely intervention of AKI.
