Research Progress on the Application of Aspirin in the Field of Reproduction
Aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid,a representative of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS).As an ancient drug widely used,its clinical medicinal value has been continuously explored.In addition to being used for antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory,Aspirin also has a variety of biomedical functions,such as anti-tumor,angina pectoris,rheumatoid arthritis,migraine,preeclampsia,nerve and spirit.It has shown good therapeutic effect in many fields.In recent years,as women of childbearing age have a higher demand for fertility,more and more studies have shown that Aspirin plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of female reproductive system diseases and can improve the pregnancy outcome of female infertility.This article reviews the mechanism and application of Aspirin in the field of assisted reproduction.
