Clinical Observation of Huoxue Jianpi Zhitong Prescription Combined with InterTan in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Jianpi Zhitong Prescription combined with InterTan in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Method:A total of 40 patients diagnosed with intertrochanteric fracture of femur who were hospitalized in Shantou Hospital of TCM from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=20)by random number method.The treatment group was treated with InterTan internal fixation combined with Huoxue Jianpi Zhitong Prescription,and the control group was only treated with InterTan internal fixation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score before surgery and on the first,7th day after surgery and Harris score before surgery and 1 and 3 months after surgery of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of postoperative adverse events in the two groups were analyzed.Result:There were no significant differences in VAS scores and score grading between the two groups before surgery and the first day after surgery(P>0.05).VAS scores and score grading in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th day after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Harris score and score grading between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The Harris scores and score grading of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group 1 and 3 months after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in the two groups during the follow-up period.Conclusion:Huoxue Jianpi Zhitong Prescription combined with InterTan in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur can reduce perioperative pain and improve hip joint function.
