Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Ultrasound-guided Sharp Opening of Autogenous Arteriovenous Fistula Occlusion
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided sharp opening of autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)occlusion.Method:A total of 60 patients with AVF occlusion admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from September 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with local thrombolysis combined with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA),and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic-guided sharp opening combined with PTA.Operation success rate and postoperative complication rate between the two groups were compared.Internal fistula diameter, transverse area and brachial artery blood flow at different time points between the two groups were compared.Result:The success rate of operation in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d and 3,6 months after operation, internal fistula diameter, transverse area and brachial artery blood flow in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in internal fistula diameter, transverse area and brachial artery blood flow between the two groups(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in cross-comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided sharp opening of AVF occlusion has high operation success rate, and it can significantly expand the internal fistula diameter and transverse area of patients and increase the brachial artery blood flow volume.
