Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Interactive Attainment Theory on Stigma,Psychosocial Adjustment and Balance Ability of Patients with Parkinson Disease
Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention based on interactive attainment theory on patients with Parkinson disease.Method:A total of 60 patients with Parkinson disease admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The observation group was treated with nursing intervention based on interactive attainment theory.The stigma,psychosocial adjustment and balance ability between the two group before and after the intervention were compared.Result:After intervention,the external and internal stigma scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of anxiety/depression adaptability,self-esteem,self-life attitude,self-acceptance,self-efficacy and social support were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on interactive attainment theory can reduce stigma of Parkinson disease patients and improve psychosocial adaptability and balance ability.
