Research Progress on Noninvasive Assessment of Aortic Elasticity in Patients with Hypertension
Hypertension is one of the common chronic diseases in China,and its incidence is increasing year by year.At present,studies have found that the aortic elasticity of patients with hypertension will change,can cause disease aggravation or complications.Therefore,if the changes of aortic elasticity in patients with hypertension can be detected at an early stage,targeted treatment can be taken to improve the prognosis of patients.This article will review the pathophysiology of aortic elasticity and its influencing factors,the correlation between aortic elasticity and hypertension,the mainstream noninvasive methods for evaluating vascular elasticity and its quantitative indicators.
