Clinical Study of Tongluo Decoction Combined with Electrical Stimulation in the Treatment of Tubal Infertility
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongluo Decoction combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of tubal infertility.Method:A total of 48 patients with tubal infertility admitted to Yiwu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tongluo Decoction,and the observation group was treated with additional electrical stimulation.1 menstrual cycle was 1 course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses.The clinical efficacy,local signs integrals,TCM symptoms integrals,comfort level[general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score],pregnancy status and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group(91.67%)was higher than that of control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the integrals of local signs and TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the GCQ score[(105.23±2.22)scores]was higher than that in the control group[(89.92±4.43)scores],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural pregnancy rate of observation group(54.17%)was higher than that of control group(16.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:Tongluo Decoction combined with electrical stimulation has a good effect in the treatment of patients with tubal infertility,which is conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms and local signs,and can improve patient comfort level and natural pregnancy rate.
