Effect of Graded Intervention Based on Caprini Risk Assessment Model Combined with Nasal Feeding with Warm Water on Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Critical Illness Patients
Objective:To analyze the preventive value of graded intervention based on Caprini risk assessment model combined with nasal feeding with warm water on deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in critical illness patients.Method:A total of 120 critical illness patients treated in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2020 to June 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group(n=60)received routine intervention, and the observation group(n=60)received graded intervention based on Caprini risk assessment model combined with nasal feeding with warm water intervention. The hemorheology, coagulation indexes, risk grade of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity were compared between the two groups.Result:On the 7th day of intervention, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, platelet aggregation rate,D-dimer and thrombine-antithrombin complex in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in observation group were lower than those in control group, prothrombin time in both groups were longer than those before intervention, and that in observation group was longer than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th day of intervention, the risk grade of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in observation group was better than that in control group, and the incidence of risk grade of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of graded intervention based on Caprini risk assessment model and nasal feeding with warm water can improve the hemorheology and coagulation function of critical illness patients, and effectively prevent the occurrence of grade of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.
