Application Value of Non-invasive Ventilator Combined with Conventional Treatment in Patients with Severe Pneumonia
Objective:To analyze the application value of non-invasive ventilator combined with conventional treatment in patients with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 82 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=41,given conventional treatment)and observation group(n=41,given conventional treatment combined with non-invasive ventilator)according to random number method. The clinical efficacy, heart rate, blood gas analysis indexes, respiratory rate and inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were evaluated.Result:Compared with the total effective rate(75.61%)of the control group, the total effective rate(95.12%)of the observation group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the heart rate and respiratory rate of observation group after 7 days of treatment were lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaO2)and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)levels in observation group were higher after 7 days of treatment, and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaCO2)level was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower after 7 days of treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator combined with conventional treatment in patients with severe pneumonia has obvious effect, which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve blood gas indexes.
