Application Effect of Weiwei Prescription of Professor WU Yaonan's Experience Prescription in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Intestinal Metaplasia
Objective:To explore the effect of Weiwei Prescription of professor Wu Yaonan's experience prescription on chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and its influence on the expression of apoptosis factors.Method:A total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia treated in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with of Weiwei Prescription of professor Wu Yaonan's experience prescription.The clinical total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,pathological score,tissue apoptosis factors[B-cell lymphomato-2(Bcl-2),cyclooxygenase-2(Cox-2)and fatty acid synthetase(Fas)]before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pathological score and tissue apoptosis factor between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,pathological scores,expression of Bcl-2 and Cox-2 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,expression of Fas were significantly higher than those before treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,pathological score,expression of Bcl-2 and Cox-2 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,expression of Fas was significantly higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weiwei Prescription of professor Wu Yaonan's experience prescription has a good effect on chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia,and can significantly improve the expression of tissue apoptosis factors in patients.
