摘要
偏瘫肩痛(HSP)是脑卒中患者常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者的康复进程和生活质量.重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)作为一种无创的神经调控技术,已广泛用于治疗各种神经系统疾病.本文综述了rTMS的作用机制及rTMS联合其他治疗对HSP患者的疼痛缓解、运动功能及生活质量改善等方面的潜在效益,以期为该类患者提供最佳的治疗策略,促进患者的身体康复.
Abstract
Hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP)is one of the common complications in stroke patients,which seriously affects the rehabilitation process and quality of life.As a non-invasive neuroregulation technology,repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)has been widely used in the treatment of various neurological diseases.This review summarizes the mechanism of action of rTMS and the potential benefits of rTMS combined with other treatments on pain relief,improvement in motor function and quality of life in patients HSP,in order to provide the best treatment strategy for such patients and promote their physical rehabilitation.
