基于子午流注理论的择时雷火灸联合消胀贴穴位贴敷对子宫肌瘤术后患者胃肠道功能的影响

摘要
目的:探讨基于子午流注理论的择时雷火灸联合消胀贴穴位贴敷对子宫肌瘤术后患者胃肠道功能的影响.方法:选取福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院 2021 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月收治的 100 例子宫肌瘤术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50).两组均给予术后常规护理,对照组给予消胀贴穴位贴敷治疗干预 4 d,研究组给予基于子午流注理论的择时雷火灸联合消胀贴穴位贴敷干预 4 d.对比两组世界卫生组织生活质量-100 量表(WHOQOL-100)评分及胃肠道功能恢复情况(胃肠蠕动恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、进食时间)、恶心呕吐症状情况、胃泌素水平.结果:干预后,研究组胃肠蠕动恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间及进食时间均较对照组短(P<0.05).研究组恶心呕吐Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度发生比例均较对照组低(P<0.05).干预后,研究组胃泌素水平及生活质量均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:将基于子午流注理论的择时雷火灸联合消胀贴穴位贴敷应用于子宫肌瘤术后患者中,可以促进患者胃功能恢复,减少患者术后恶心呕吐发生率,提升患者胃泌素水平,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of time-choosing thunder-fire moxibustion based on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow combined with Xiaozhang Plaster acupoint application on gastrointestinal function of postoperative patients with hysteromyoma.Method:A total of 100 postoperative patients with hysteromyoma admitted to the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group(n=50)and a study group(n=50)by random number table method.The two groups were given routine nursing after operation,the control group was treated with Xiaozhang Plaster acupoint application for 4 days,and the study group was treated with time-choosing thunder-fire moxibustion based on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow combined with Xiaozhang Plaster acupoint application for 4 days,World Health Organization quality of life-100(WHOQOL-100)scores,gastrointestinal function recovery(gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery time,exhaust time,defecation time,eating time),nausea and vomiting symptoms,and gastrin levels were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the recovery time of gastrointestinal peristalsis,exhaust time,defecation time and eating time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of nausea and vomiting degree Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the gastrin level and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of time-choosing thunder-fire moxibustion based on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow combined with Xiaozhang Plaster acupoint application can promote the recovery of gastric function and reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with hysteromyoma,promote the level of gastrin,improve the quality of life of patients.
