Predictive Value of PLGF,PAPP-A and Hcy Combined Detection in the First Trimester of Threatened Abortion
Objective:To investigate the predictive value of pregnancy-associated plasma protein A(PAPP-A),placental growth factor(PLGF)and homocysteine(Hcy)combined detection in the first trimester of threatened abortion.Method:From January 2022 to September 2023,90 patients with threatened abortion in first trimester pregnancy who were hospitalized in Shangrao Municipal Hospital were selected as case group and 90 healthy pregnant women were selected as reference group.PAPP-A,PLGF and Hcy levels were determined.The differences of PLGF,PAPP-A and Hcy detection values between the two groups were compared,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the value of single PLGF,PAPP-A and HCY and combined detection in predicting threatened abortion in the first trimester.Result:The PLGF and PAPP-A of the case group were lower than those of the reference group,and the Hcy was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of PLGF,PAPP-A and Hcy combined detection for predicting threatened abortion in early pregnancy was 0.900[95%CI(0.533,0.967)],sensitivity was 0.933,specificity was 0.800,and Yodon index was 0.733,all of which were higher than those of single detection.Conclusion:The expression of PLGF,PAPP-A and Hcy are abnormal in patients with threatened abortion in first trimester pregnancy.The combined detection of the three can improve the prediction accuracy and provide reference for clinical treatment.
