体外冲击波疗法治疗脑卒中后肱二头肌为主肌肉痉挛的研究进展

摘要
肱二头肌痉挛是脑卒中后常见的症状之一,病程日久会造成手臂残疾,严重影响日常生活能力.目前已有多种治疗方法能够有效改善脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛,但均存在一定副作用.体外冲击波疗法(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)最早被运用于泌尿系统结石治疗.近年来由于其安全、有效、无创的治疗优势,被广泛应用于脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛的治疗,且效果显著.本文通过回顾国内外相关文献,总结ESWT治疗脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛的相关研究进展,旨在进一步优化ESWT痉挛治疗方案、提高临床疗效.
Abstract
One of the common symptoms after stroke is biceps brachii spasm,over the course of time,it will cause arm disability and seriously affect the ability of daily living.At present,a variety of treatments can effectively improve biceps brachii spasm after stroke,but they all have certain side effects.Extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)was first used in the treatment of urinary tract stones.In recent years,due to its treatment advantages of safe,effective and non-invasive,ESWT has been widely used in the treatment of biceps brachii spasm after stroke with remarkable effect.By reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the research progress of ESWT in relieving biceps spasm after stroke,aiming to optimize ESWT spasm treatment plan and improve clinical efficacy.
