Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Modified Bazhen Decoction in Patients after Laparoscopic Salpingectomy of the Affected Side
Objective:To investigate the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with the Modified Bazhen Decoction in patients after laparoscopic salpingectomy of the affected side.Method:A total of 80 patients after laparoscopic salpingectomy of the affected side treated in Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and combination group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,and the combination group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with modified Bazhen Decoction on the basis of control group.The recovery,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,levels of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)in both groups were observed,and pregnancy status was followed up 1 year after surgery.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical significance in AMH,LH,FSH and E2 between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,AMH and LH in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,and FSH and E2 were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence of ectopic pregnancy in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,and the intrauterine pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with modified Bazhen Decoction can promote the recovery of patients after laparoscopic salpingectomy of the affected side,relieve postoperative pain,improve the level of sex hormones and pregnancy.
