Influence of Compound α-ketoacid Tablets for Renal Osteodystrophy and Body Nutritional State of Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis for Type 2 Diabetes Nephropathy
Objective:To investigate the influence of Compound α-ketoacid Tablets for renal osteodystrophy and body nutritional state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis for type 2 diabetes nephropathy.Method:A total of 92 patients with maintenance hemodialysis for type 2 diabetes nephropathy in Dongguan Guangji Hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,the observation group was treated with Compound α-ketoacid Tablets on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for six months.Then the incidence of adverse reaction,calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes(blood phosphorus and calcium-phosphorus product),renal osteodystrophy indexes[total procollagen type Ⅰ amino-terminal propeptide(TPⅠNP)and β-Crosslaps(β-CTx)]and body nutritional state[subjective global assessment(SGA)score,serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and hemoglobin(Hb)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of the adverse reaction of two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes,renal osteodystrophy indexes and body nutritional state of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 3 and 6 months of the treatment,the calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes and renal osteodystrophy indexes of two groups were were significantly decreased compared to those before treatment,the serum ALB,PA and Hb were significantly increased,the calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes and renal osteodystrophy indexes of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the compositions of SGA scores were significantly better than those of control group,the serum ALB,PA and Hb were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Compound α-ketoacid Tablets in patients with maintenance hemodialysis for type 2 diabetes nephropathy is better,its safety is confirmed,and it can significantly improve the renal osteodystrophy and body nutritional state of patients.
