Application of Morita Diary Psychological Intervention Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Adolescents with Bipolar Affective Disorder
Objective:To explore the application of Morita diary psychological intervention combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in adolescents with bipolar affective disorder(BPD).Method:A total of 70 adolescents with BPD in the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from January to October 2023 were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group by stratified randomization method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by cognitive behavioral therapy,and the observation group was given Morita diary psychological intervention combined with cognitive behavioral therapy intervention.The changes in negative emotions[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],mental status[positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)],social disability degree[social disability screening schedule(SDSS)]and quality of life[activity of daily living(ADL)]were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the negative emotions(HAMA and HAMD score),mental status(scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms and total score of PANNS scores)and social disability degree(SDSS score)of two groups were significantly declined compared with those those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the quality of life(ADL score)of two groups were significantly risen compared with those before treatment,and that in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Morita diary psychological intervention combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in adolescents with BPD can not only effectively alleviate the negative emotions and mental status of adolescents,but also significantly improve the social disability and quality of life.
