Analysis of Clinical Effect and Prognosis of ICU Patients with Severe Pneumonia Treated with Hierarchical Nursing Mode
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia in intensive care unit(ICU)treated by hierarchical nursing mode.Method:Clinical data of 142 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to ICU of the First People's Hospital of Hefei from May 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing modes, they were divided into conventional group and experimental group, with 71 cases in each group. The conventional group implemented ICU standard nursing mode, and the experimental group implemented hierarchical nursing mode.Respiratory function index, clinical efficacy, acute physiological and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)score and quality of life score were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention, the ventilation per minute, shallow fast respiration index, oxygenation index, and the number of breaths in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group, the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.37%,which was higher than 83.10%of conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the predicted case fatality rate and APACHEⅡ score of experimental group were lower than those of conventional group, the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of quality of life, disease recurrence and activity restriction in experimental groups were higher than those in conventional group, the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of hierarchical nursing mode can improve the respiratory function and clinical efficacy of ICU patients with severe pneumonia, improve the APACHEⅡ score, and improve the quality of life.
