Effect of Teamwork Care Strategy Combined with Comfort Nursing on Patients with Giant Uterine Fibroids after Surgery
Objective:To explore the effect of teamwork care strategy combined with comfort nursing on patients with giant uterine fibroids after surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with giant uterine fibroids admitted to Nanchang First Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received teamwork care strategy combined with comfort nursing.Postoperative rehabilitation index,disease cognition level,mental state,self-efficacy,self-care ability and emotion between two groups were evaluated.Result:The hospitalization time,getting out of bed activity time,postoperative waking time and eating time of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease cognition level,general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)in both groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of disease cognition level and GSES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of SDS and SAS were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teamwork care strategy combined with comfort nursing can alleviate the emotional state of patients with uterine fibroids after surgery,enhance their disease knowledge,enhance their self-care ability,and improve their self-efficacy,which is conducive to promoting physical rehabilitation.
