熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合单孔腹腔镜手术治疗老年结石性胆囊炎的效果

中文摘要：目的:探讨熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合单孔腹腔镜手术治疗老年结石性胆囊炎的效果.方法:选取 2021 年 5 月—2023 年 5 月福建省老年医院收治的 108 例老年结石性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各 54 例.对照组予以单孔腹腔镜手术治疗,试验组予以单孔腹腔镜手术+熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗.观察比较两组疗效、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)]、免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]及并发症发生情况.结果:术后 1 个月,两组IL-6、MPO、CRP、HMGB1 均低于术前,且试验组均低于对照组,两组IgA、IgG、IgM均高于术前,且试验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年结石性胆囊炎患者行单孔腹腔镜手术后予以熊去氧胆酸胶囊口服治疗,可抑制炎症因子生成,增强机体免疫防御功能,增益疗效,有利于减少手术并发症的发生.

外文摘要：Objective:To explore the efficacy of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules combined with laparoendoscopic single-site surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with calculous cholecystitis.Method:A total of 108 elderly patients with calculous cholecystitis admitted to Fujian Provincial Geriatric Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,and the experimental group was treated with laparoendoscopic single-site surgery+Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),myeloperoxidase(MPO),C reactive protein(CRP),high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)],immune function indicators[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)]and complications of two groups were observed and compared.Result:One month after surgery,IL-6,MPO,CRP,HMGB1 in two groups were lower than those before surgery,and the those in experimental group were lower than those in the control group,IgA,IgG,IgM in two groups were higher than those before surgery,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After laparoendoscopic single-site surgery for the treatment of elderly patients with calculous cholecystitis,oral treatment with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules can inhibit the generation of inflammatory factors,enhance the body's immune defense function,enhance therapeutic efficacy,and combined with drug therapy can reduce the occurrence of surgical complications.
