Effect of Mammotome Minimally Invasive Gyrotory in the Treatment of Untouchable Microscopic Lesions of the Breast
Objective:To investigate the effect of Mammotome(MMT)minimally invasive gyrotory in the treatment of untouchable microscopic lesions of the breast.Method:A total of 100 patients with untouchable microscopic lesions of the breast undergoing radical surgery in the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected. The patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=60)according to different operation methods. The observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided MMT minimally invasive gyrotory, while the control group was treated with conventional open mastectomy. The postoperative indexes, hospital stay, scar size, postoperative pain and complications were compared between two groups. After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence and satisfaction of two groups were compared at the last follow-up.Result:The amount of blood loss, incision healing time, hospital stay and scar size in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the degree of postoperative pain was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 72.50%of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MMT minimally invasive gyrotory in the treatment of untouchable microscopic lesions of the breast has little trauma, simple operation, few complications, satisfactory efficacy, and high satisfaction with postoperative breast appearance aesthetics, which has important application value in the diagnosis and treatment of untouchable microscopic lesions of the breast.
