人表皮生长因子凝胶联合点阵激光对痤疮瘢痕患者皮肤屏障功能和生活质量的影响

目的:分析人表皮生长因子凝胶联合点阵激光对痤疮瘢痕患者皮肤屏障功能与生活质量的改善效能.方法:选取 2022 年 12 月—2023 年 11 月电子科技大学医学院附属绵阳医院·绵阳市中心医院收治的 100 例痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法均分为两组,各 50 例.对照组行常规点阵激光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、皮肤屏障功能、瘢痕表达、生活质量.结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组皮损区域pH值、α值、经皮水分散失(TEWL)均低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组瘢痕厚度、色泽、血管分布、柔软度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组生理功能、生理职能、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:痤疮瘢痕患者应用人表皮生长因子凝胶联合点阵激光照射治疗方案具备良好治疗效果,可显著改善患者的皮肤功能与瘢痕组织表达,有助于提升患者的生活质量.
Effect of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel Combined with Dot Matrix Laser on Skin Barrier Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Acne Scar
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel combined with dot matrix laser on skin barrier function and quality of life in acne scar patients.Method:A total of 100 patients with acne scar admitted to Mianyang Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine,University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Mianyang Central Hospital from December 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dot matrix laser irradiation,and the observation group was treated with Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,skin barrier function,scar expression and quality of life of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pH value,α value and trans epidermal water loss(TEWL)of the lesion area in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the water content of stratum corneum was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,thickness,color,vascular distribution and flexibility scores of scar in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological function,physiological function,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment regimen of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel combined with dot matrix laser irradiation for acne scar patients has a good therapeutic effect,which can significantly improve the skin function and scar tissue expression of patients,and contribute to improving the quality of life of patients.
