Research Progress of miR-124 and Its Target Gene in Carotid Atherosclerotic Vulnerable Plaque Based on Imaging Technology
Cerebrovascular disease refers to a variety of diseases caused by cerebrovascular damage, including cerebrovascular atherosclerosis, thrombosis, rupture, etc.,which ultimately cause cerebral ischaemia and haemorrhage, and it is also the main cause of serious harm to the health of middle-aged and elderly people at this stage.Carotid atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque is the most important cause of ischaemic cerebrovascular disease, and inflammation response also plays an important role in the formation and progression of plaque. In this paper,we jointly explored the role of microRNA-124(miR-124),integrin β1 and related inflammatory factors in atherosclerosis using imaging tools. It aims to lay a theoretical foundation for the initial identification of vulnerable plaque and clarification of their formation mechanisms, and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
