Clinical Effect of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets Combined with Iron Dextran on Pregnant Women with Iron Deficiency Anemia during Pregnancy
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets combined with Iron Dextran in the treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Method:A total of 80 IDA pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into the single group and the combined group using the random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The single group was treated with Iron Dextran only,the combined group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue Tablets on the basis of the single group,all of them were treated for 3 months.Clinical effects in the two groups were observed.The indexes related to anemia and iron metabolism[hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),serum iron(SI),serum ferritin(SF)and soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR)]and immune function[mature T cells(CD3+),helper T lymphocytes(CD4+)and inhibitory T lymphocytes(CD8+)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group(92.50%)was higher than that of the single group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of Hb,RBC,MCV,SI and SF in both groups were increased,and the levels in the combined group were higher than those in the single group,sTfR levels were reduced,and sTfR level in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,CD3+and CD4+in both groups were increased,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the single group,CD8+decreased,and CD8+in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in combined group(5.00%)was lower than that in single group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Shengxue Tablets combined with Iron Dextran have significant effects in the treatment of IDA in pregnant women,which can alleviate anemia and iron metabolism related indicators in pregnant women,improve hemoglobin level,enhance immunity,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
