Clinical Study of Guxi Akupotomye Combined with Modified"Mulong Sishen Decoction"in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Guxi akupotomye combined with modified"Mulong Sishen Decoction"in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:A total of 80 patients with KOA treated in Longyan People's Hospital from July 1,2023 to March 1,2024 were divided into control group(n=40,treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(n=40,treated with Guxi akupotomye combined with modified"Mulong Sishen Decoction")according to random number table method.The knee joint function,pain degree and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in knee joint function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,knee joint function scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain-free rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(5.00%)and the control group(7.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guxi akupotomye combined with modified"Mulong Sishen Decoction"in the treatment of patients with KOA can effectively improve knee joint function,relieve joint pain symptoms,with accurate efficacy and high treatment safety.
