Intervention Effect of Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Scrapping Therapy on Patients with Insomnia after Apoplexy
Objective:To analyze the application value of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with scrapping therapy for patients with insomnia after apoplexy.Method:A total of 60 patients with insomnia after apoplexy admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of TCM from February 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation, and the observation group received scrapping therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and quality of life[stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)]were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,PSQI scores in both groups were significantly decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,SS-QOL scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with scrapping therapy is effective for patients with insomnia after apoplexy, which can improve their sleep disorder and quality of life.
