Influence of Nursing Behavior Perception on Psychological Health and Delivery Outcomes in Patients with Preterm Placenta Previa Undergoing Expectant Treatment
Objective:To observe the influence of nursing behavior perception on psychological health and delivery outcomes in patients with preterm placenta previa undergoing expectant treatment.Method:A total of 81 patients with preterm placenta previa who received expectant treatment in Yingtan City People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were recruited in the study,they were divided into study group(41 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the study group received nursing behavior perception intervention.The differences in psychological health,caring perception,nursing compliance and delivery outcomes were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of patient health questionnaire-9 items(PHQ-9),childbirth attitudes questionnaire(CAQ)and 7-item generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7)in study group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of dimensions and total score of caring behavior inventory(CBI)in study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance in study group during intervention was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of placental implantation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistical differences in the incidence of cesarean section,premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia and perinatal death between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nursing behavior perception intervention can positively regulate the psychological health,improve the caring perception and nursing compliance,and reduce the risk of placenta implantation.
