Application Effect of Neuman Health System Intervention Model in Patients Undergoing Ectopic Pregnancy Lesion Resection
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Neuman health system intervention model in patients with ectopic pregnancy lesion resection.Method:A total of 102 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in Ji'an Central People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were included in the prospective randomized controlled study,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention measures,and the study group was intervened with Neuman health system on the basis of the control group,until the patients were discharged.The psychological states[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],disease uncertainty[Mishel uncertainty in illness scale for adult(MUIS-A)],disease coping style[coping style questionnaire(CSQ)]and postoperative recovery of the two groups were observed.Result:After intervention,HAMA,HAMD and MUIS-A scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of problem solving and help-seeking dimension in both groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores of self-blame,fantasy and withdrawal dimension were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the above dimensions in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first postoperative anal exhaust time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuman health system intervention model can improve the positive coping ability of patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy lesion resection,reduce disease uncertainty,improve negative emotions,and help accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce hospitalization costs.
