Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia
Objective:To analyze the value of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Procaterol Hydrochloride combined therapy for infantile pneumonia.Method:A total of 160 children with pneumonia admitted to Tai'an Maternity and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=80)received conventional treatment, and the observation group(n=80)was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride on the basis of conventional treatment. The therapeutic effect, adverse reactions, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs and serum indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms and signs in observation group were earlier than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO)and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the pH value and the levels of arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination medication regimen of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Procaterol Hydrochloride in infantile pneumonia can improve the curative effect, improve the relevant indexes and promote the outcome of children.
