摘要

胎儿宫内监护(IUFM)是通过对胎心进行实时的监测,并结合胎心率在宫缩、胎动后的变化,评估胎儿宫内情况.随着我国生育政策的改变,高龄孕产妇增多,妊娠合并症、并发症的孕产妇增加,提高IUFM准确性有助于母胎的安全.孕期的IUFM包括胎心监护(FHM)和宫缩监测,而宫缩监测目前有经体表宫缩压力监测的宫缩图压力监测(TOCO)和通过体表监测子宫肌电的子宫肌电监测(EHG)两种形式,本文将从FHM展开综述.

Abstract

Intrauterine fetal monitoring(IUFM)is to evaluate the intrauterine situation by monitoring the fetal heart in real time and combining the changes of fetal heart rate after uterine contraction and fetal movement.With the change of China's fertility policy,the number of elderly pregnant women and the number of pregnant women with complications and comorbidity increased.Improving the accuracy of IUFM is conducive to the safety of mother and fetus.IUFM during pregnancy includes fetal heart monitoring(FHM)and uterine contraction.At present,there are two types of uterine contractions monitoring:tocodynamometry(TOCO)via transcorporeal contraction pressure monitoring and electrohysterogram(EHG)via the body surface uterus myoelectricity.This article will start from FHM.
