Study on the Synergism and Attenuation Effect of Lifei Jiedu Yisui Decoction on Chemotherapy of Advanced Lung Cancer and Its Mechanism
Objective:To investigate the the synergism and attenuation effect of Lifei Jiedu Yisui Decoction on chemotherapy of advanced lung cancer and its mechanism.Method:A total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer with chemotherapy from January 2021 to March 2022 in Department of Respiration Ⅰ,Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group received Lifei Jiedu Yisui Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of toxic side effects,quality of life[short form 36(SF-36)],immune factors[interleukin(IL)-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17 and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]and the number of peripheral blood circulating tumor cell before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidences of toxic side effects were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SF-36 scores,immune factors and the number of peripheral blood circulating tumor cell between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SF-36 scores and IFN-γ level in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-17 were significantly lower than those in control group,and the number of peripheral blood circulating tumor cell was less than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lifei Jiedu Yisui Decoction has an outstanding effect of synergism and attenuation in patients with advanced lung cancer with chemotherapy,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which might work through the regulation of immune factors.
