Application Effect of Nursing Intervention Guided by Empathy Model in the Treatment of Patients with Conjunctivitis
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention guided by empathy model in the treatment of patients with conjunctivitis.Method:A total of 80 patients with conjunctivitis admitted to the 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force,People's Liberation Army of China from January to July 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by envelope lottery.The nursing scheme of the control group was routine nursing,and the nursing scheme of the observation group was routine nursing+nursing guided by empathy model.The total effective rate of the two groups was evaluated,and the quality of life,the total compliance rate and the mental state of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate and total compliance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of short form 36 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention guided by empathy model can effectively regulate the adverse mental state of patients with conjunctivitis,improve the therapeutic effect and compliance,and improve the quality of life.
