Effect of A Rapid Recovery Surgical Nursing Model Combined with Comprehensive Nursing on Quality of Life in Elderly Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid recovery surgical nursing model combined with comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in Yingtan City People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with comprehensive nursing.The quality of life,psychological state before and after intervention,postoperative recovery and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the scores of World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHO-QOL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first time to exhaust gas,the first time to get out of bed,the time to stay in hospital and the time to eat in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with comprehensive nursing for elderly laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients can improve the living standard,shorten the recovery time,alleviate bad psychology,and reduce the incidence of complications.
