The Effect of Multi-level Demand Nursing Combined with Staging and Grading Nursing Model on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective:To explore the effect of multi-level demand nursing combined with staging and grading nursing model on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Pingxiang from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected for surgical treatment,and they were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to random number method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multi-level demand nursing combined with staging and grading nursing model.The clinical efficacy,comfort,sleep quality,self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total efficiency of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,sleep quality scores,self-efficacy scores,quality of life scores and comfort scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-level demand nursing combined with staging and grading nursing model can improve sleep quality,self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve intervention effect and optimize comfort.
