Depression as a mood disorder is characterized by high recurrence rate and high disability rate in China.Theta-burst stimulation,a special form of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,has yielded some research results in the treatment of depression,but there is controversy regarding the choice of stimulation parameters for theta-burst stimulation in the treatment of depression.This paper describes and discusses the effect of the stimulation parameters of theta-burst stimulation on the efficacy,and provides some reference basis for the clinical application of theta-burst stimulation in the treatment of depression.
