Effectiveness of Laryngeal Mask Combined with L-shaped Ventilation Tube General Anesthesia in Painless Bronchoscopy
Objective:To analyze the value of laryngeal mask combined with L-shaped ventilation tube general anesthesia in painless bronchoscopy.Method:A total of 68 patients underwent painless bronchoscopy admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group (n=34) received nasopharyngeal airway general anesthesia,and the observation group (n=34) received laryngeal mask combined with L-shaped ventilation tube general anesthesia.Anesthesia effect,incidence of complications,comfort,satisfaction and changes of vital signs were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the anesthesia onset time,eye opening time,spontaneous breathing recovery time and orientation recovery time between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The comfort and satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At T2,T3 and T4,the percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laryngeal mask combined with L-shaped ventilation tube general anesthesia in painless bronchoscopy can not only stabilize patients' vital signs,but also improve patients' comfort and satisfaction,and ensure anesthesia effect and safety.
