Spinal Nerve Radiofrequency Combined with Immune Trioxy Blood Transfusion in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Related Pain
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of spinal nerve radiofrequency combined with immune trioxy blood transfusion in the treatment of herpes zoster related pain.Method:A total of 120 patients with herpes zoster related pain admitted to Dongguan Donghua Hospital from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received spinal nerve radiofrequency,and the observation group received spinal nerve radiofrequency combined with immune trioxy blood transfusion.The total response rate,complication rate,pain degree[visual analogue scale (VAS) score],pain factors[calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP),substance P (SP) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2)]and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in VAS score,pain factor and T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups (P>0.05).After 1,3 and 7 d of treatment,composition of VAS scores results were better than those in control group,and pain factors in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After 10 and 20 d of treatment,CD8+in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and CD3+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Spinal nerve radiofrequency combined with immune trioxy blood transfusion has relatively good clinical effect in the treatment of herpes zoster related pain,which can effectively control the pain degree of patients and regulate the body's immunity,so it has high application value in patients with herpes zoster related pain.
