Clinical Effect of Acupoint Injection of Vitamin B12 Combined with Functional Training in the Treatment of Stroke Hemiplegia
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Vitamin B12 combined with functional training in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Method:A total of 96 patients with stroke hemiplegia who were treated in Yingtan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected.They were divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine functional training,and the observation group was treated with acupoint injection of Vitamin B12 on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 10 d,and the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,nerve function,motor function,balance function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale (FMA) score,Berg balance scale (BBS) score and stroke specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL) score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of Vitamin B12 combined with functional training can improve nerve function,balance function and motor function,and improve the quality of life of patients with stroke hemiplegia.
