Effects of Qili Qiangxin Capsules on Vascular Endothelial Function and Cardiac Function Indexes in Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure
Objective:To investigate the effects of Qili Qiangxin Capsules on vascular endothelial function and cardiac function indexes in patients with acute left heart failure.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute left heart failure treated at Ganxi Hospital in Pingxiang from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide,the observation group was treated with Qili Qiangxin Capsules.The effects of TCM syndromes,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,endothelin-1 (ET-1) in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and the flow-mediated dilation (FMD) were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV) and left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV) in observation group were lower than those in control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Qili Qiangxin Capsules has a significant effect in the treatment of acute left heart failure patients,which can improve the vascular endothelial function,effectively promote the recovery of cardiac function,and alleviate the TCM syndrome of patients,with fewer side effects and higher safety.
